Refund Policy

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND REFUNDS

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the Contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, upon receipt of the order confirmation sent by BD di Paolo Boggiani within and no later than fourteen (14) working days from receipt of the product at the address indicated for delivery. The date shown on the delivery note shall constitute full proof of receipt. The customer may exercise the right of withdrawal via the e-mail address info@biciclettadannata.it. If the product has already been delivered, the Customer must return it to BD di Paolo Boggiani. To this end, the deadline for returning the product is fourteen days from receipt of the same; the date shown on the delivery note shall constitute full proof. For the purposes of the deadline, the product shall be deemed to have been returned when it is handed over to the accepting post office. - If the product has been delivered, the substantial integrity of the product to be returned is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal. The customer will have to send the product adequately packaged and packed; BD di Paolo Boggiani will not accept damaged returns, but kept in a normal state of preservation, kept with the use of normal diligence. Products damaged by the customer due to inexperience will not be replaced or refunded. The customer shall place a copy of the delivery document received inside the packaging box. The risks of transport for the return of products shall be borne entirely by the customer. Any refund will be made only after receiving and checking the return. The expenses for returning the goods to BD di Paolo Boggiani are at the customer's charge.

Should the Customer exercise the right of withdrawal in accordance with the provisions of these terms and conditions of sale, BD di Paolo Boggiani will refund the sums paid by the Customer through the means used by the same. The refund will be made free of charge within thirty days of BD di Paolo Boggiani becoming aware of the Customer's exercising his right of withdrawal. In case of an order placed with payment through Pay Pal, the return is always free of charge. As provided for by legislative decree 6/9/2005 no. 206 and by article 55 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal governed by these terms and conditions of sale does not apply to made-to-measure or clearly customised goods.
