UN PERCORSO DI CRESCITA LENTO E CONTINUO, RACCONTATO ATTRAVERSO LA SUCCESSIONE DEGLI SPAZI FATTI OFFICINA DANNATA.

The name Bicicletta Dannata did not yet exist, but the fun in fighting with frames in terrible conditions was already clear. Little material, little tools, little space, little time, in this little shed in the Cremona village where I grew up. Signs of perfection

Deciding to move the circus to Parma, where I had been living for years, brought about a small revolution in being able to have fun seven days a week, net of the time lost for false work. The raw material also increases, the equipment is less, the space is less(!): everything is perfect.

Another small revolution that when it succeeds you understand is big: the conquest of real space. An important consequence was the possibility of having a work area and warehouse, with the material constantly increasing, all in the same place. Perfect, but bigger.

After two small revolutions comes the double revolution that marks the leap in quality: living and working in the same building, in the countryside, with the fortune of doing so during the first lockdown, endless days with dirty hands. Two enlightening months that pushed me to leave the fake job to give myself body and soul to eternal Damnation. Antiviral perfection.

The last phase, for now, is characterized by a concrete internal aspect linked to the work-passion that grows in terms of satisfaction, but above all by an abstract external aspect, or rather around: living in the hills doing what amuses and makes you feel good. The perfection of the "Genius Bici".
